An egregore is a collective thoughtform or psychic entity created and sustained by the shared beliefs, emotions, or intentions of a group. It is often described as an autonomous, energetic being that gains power through group consciousness and can influence the thoughts, behaviors, or outcomes of its creators or adherents. A mind connected to a particular egregore will take on the thought forms of that group mind and will therefore perceive through the filter of that group mind. This is why your understanding of a myth is subjective. By this logic,every belief system is a myth given power by the Minds connected to The Head Egregore of that particular belief system.
